In the central part of Montenegrin coast, there is Budva Riviera, with town of Budva as tourist center.

Gorgeous Old Town is surrounded with walls, bravely stepping into the sea. Narrow, stone streets are inflowing into small, but gorgeous city squares. Luxurious hotels of Budva are located nearby.

Long, sandy Slav beach (Slovenska plaza) and smaller, private beach Mogren, are real pearls of nature. Nearby island of Saint Nicolas, beside its beauty of having touch with the nature, gives different pleasures in entertainment.

Budva lives 24 hours a day. Youth, song, sports and entertainment attract thousands of guests from all around the world. Near Budva are located Becici, which alternated from small fishermen village into large hotel complex along three kilometers long sandy beach. On the third kilometer on road toward Kotoru (24 km) is located large beach Jaz, which is still intacked now and being in the middle of European investor interest.
